Frontier Behavioral Health’s services are designed to meet the needs of adults, youth and seniors who are dealing with a wide range of mental health and emotional issues. We are committed to having a positive impact on the lives of those we serve, and in so doing contribute to the health, safety and quality of life in our communities.
Our professional, compassionate staff of clinicians, prescribers and nurses actively partner with those we serve in the treatment process, drawing upon their strengths and involving family members and other supports when possible. We provide evidence-based treatment practices to serve a variety of needs including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Yoga Calm. In most service areas our team of committed providers includes a Certified Peer Specialist who is living with a mental illness and has received specialized training in assisting others in their treatment and recovery.
Our treatment approach is focused on each individual’s unique circumstances and recovery goals. We recognize the prevalence of trauma in the lives of those we serve and have incorporated the principles of Trauma-Informed Care into the services we provide. As a Trauma-Informed organization, FBH understands, recognizes and responds to the effects of all types of trauma.
