Mobile Community Assertive Treatment (MCAT)
The Mobile Community Assertive Treatment team is a mobile outreach team that provides rapid response diversionary services/resources to individuals of all ages. MCAT’s primary goal is to divert individuals from inpatient psychiatric treatment.

- Appropriate community-based mental health and chemical dependency services
MCAT serves individuals of all ages including those who currently receive publicly-funded behavioral healthcare or chemical dependency services within the region. There are no financial eligibility requirements to receive MCAT services.
MCAT is available Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 11 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday, 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. MCAT is closed on holidays. For information call 509.838.4651, ext. 351400. After normal MCAT hours, contact the 24/7 Regional Crisis Line at 1.877.266.1818.
